Serafin Andrade

Serafin Andrade was previously detained in ICE custody for nineteen months. During this time of incarceration, he, along with countless others, experienced the horrors and inhumane treatment by ICE and the GEO Group. He was fortunate to be released. Now he has returned to college, where this fall he will acquire his AA degree. Then, he will transfer to a four-year university and major in Political Science or Sociology. Serafin wants to use his education and experiences to help change these oppressive policies.
