Charlene Allen

Charlene Allen is a writer, nonprofit consultant, and trainer. Charlene works with community organizations to heal trauma and fight injustice, especially the beast called mass incarceration. She received her MFA from the New School and her JD from Northeastern University Law School. Charlene is the author of Play the Game (HarperCollins/Katherine Tegan Books, 2023) and My Fairy God Somebody (HarperCollins/Katherine Tegan Books, 2024).
