Lyndsey Lane, LSW, is an outpatient therapist in Indiana. She holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and is currently pursuing clinical licensure in Indiana. Her career has spanned prisons, addiction treatment, government, nonprofits, and behavioral health. She holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science from Indiana University Bloomington, where she ran on the cross-country and track teams.
Lyndsey’s writing sits at the intersection of personal experience and institutional power; her experience working at a women’s prison changed her life, and she has never forgotten the lessons she learned there. She lives in Franklin, Indiana, with her husband, two children, and dog.
