Will Collins is author of The Case for Eyewitness Identification Reform. He works as an appellate public defender in Washington, D.C., where he represents those convicted for violating D.C.’s municipal criminal code. Before becoming a public defender in D.C., Will worked as a Soros Justice Advocacy Fellow at the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center and a law clerk for the Honorable Ginger Berrigan in the Eastern District of Louisiana. Will graduated from Yale Law School and holds his Bachelor’s degree and Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
